Tae Kwon Do Classes for Kids
We at Action Martial Arts Academy are very concerned with the well being and education of our children. We work on physical fitness and building confidence. In addition to improving your child's physical fitness, our unique children's program uses interesting and enjoyable methods to keep the student's attention and teach our young students skills that they can use for life such as "Stranger Danger" and strategies to prevent bullying. Tae Kwon Do Classes for Adults
Increase your strength, flexibility, endurance and balance at Action Martial Arts Academy! Training at Action also provides a comprehensive, self-defense fitness program. While strengthening the body, Tae Kwon Do also strengthens the mind by reducing stress, assisting mental well-being and providing a healthy social environment - a key to remaining cognitively sharp!
Self Defense Classes
Our Self Defense Classes introduce students to a variety of defense techniques. We also teach stand up, ground work, basic awareness skills, avoidance, assertiveness and finding the power of your voice. On site demonstrations are also available. Call for details. 
Cardio Kick boxing
Bored with weight-room cardiovascular activities, such as brisk walking or jogging on a treadmill? Then try our cardio kick boxing! This class combines aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. These workouts can improve strength, balance, aerobic fitness, flexibility, and coordination.

Demo Team
The demonstration team at Action Martial Arts Academy provides an exciting, dynamic show with performers ages from children to adults.
